Cancellation policy for beauty treatments:
We understand that sometimes unexpected things come up and you may have to cancel your appointment. Any cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. If you fail to give this notice you forfeit your deposit.
If you cancel or reschedule more than twice you will not be booked for future appointments.
No shows will forfeit their booking fee.
Appointments are self managed by you online using the login you have created.
If you need to cancel, reschedule or amend your appointment you can do so outside of the cancellation period.
Cancellation policy for cosmetic tattooing:
No cancellations or reschedules allowed within three days of the appointment.
I ask for three days at a minimum as we need to allow the cosmetic tattoo preparation time for another client should they wish to take that appointment.
All deposits paid a strictly non refundable. Appointments changed or cancelled without 72 hours notice will result in full loss of your deposit.
** BOOK YOUR 6-8 WEEK TOUCH UPS IN ADVANCE OR YOU WILL MISS THE TIMEFRAME. ALL TOUCH UPS ARE A SEPARATE COST.**
Pre appointment information is listed on the website MUST be strictly followed.
Pre existing cosmetic tattoo done elsewhere requires consultation first and/or communication with me through text with clear images of the previous work done before going ahead.
If you are a new client to me, then you will need to pay the initial tattoo fee amount NOT a touch appointment fee as listed.
Deposits and full payments are transferable but not refundable.
It can be to secure a new appointment IF you reschedule within the required period and within the month of your original booking.
